January Nutritional Challenge Cut Sugar & Wheat for 30 Days Join our community this January as we gently remove sugar and wheat to help reduce inflammation, boost energy, and support overall wellness. Throughout the month, we’ll share simple guidance on becoming more mindful of what we put into our bodies, how to read food labels with confidence, and how sugar and wheat can impact inflammation and hormonal balance. This challenge is about awareness, nourishment, and learning how to fuel your body in a way that helps you feel your best - without perfection or pressure.
