Join us for a relaxing Sound Bath with Reiki Healing session to unwind, destress, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit!Join us for a gentle and restorative evening designed to help you release emotional weight, soften the nervous system, and return to a place of inner peace.

This experience weaves together Sound Healing, Reiki, and a Ho’oponopono forgiveness ceremony—creating space to let go, reset, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Sound Bath with Amanda – Heart Centered Guidance
Amanda will guide you through an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. The soothing frequencies and vibrations help quiet the mind, relax the body, and support emotional and energetic release—often leading to deep rest, clarity, and a renewed sense of balance.

Reiki with Norah – Inanna M.B.S.
Norah offers Reiki energy throughout the session, gently clearing and harmonizing your energy field. Reiki supports stress reduction, emotional healing, chakra balance, and overall well-being by encouraging your body’s natural ability to restore itself.

Ho’oponopono Ceremony
Ho’oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation. Through simple, intentional phrases, we release stored emotions, old patterns, and energetic cords tied to people or experiences—inviting peace, compassion, and inner freedom. This ceremony is deeply grounding and beautifully complements the sound and Reiki healing.

Water, Tea, zero-gravity chairs, yoga mats and blankets will be provided. We invite you to bring what feels comfortable to you, your own blanket, pillow, ect.
